Pachuca, Mexico - January 07, 2018: This clocktower - called Reloj Monumental de Pachuca - was built between 1904 and 1910 by Francisco Hernández and Luis Carreón. The architect was Tomás Cordero. It is 40 meters tall and has four statues in its third level representing independence, liberty, the constitution, and the reform.
