Joachim Gauck Is Elected New President Of Germany

BERLIN, GERMANY - MARCH 18: Joachim Gauck (C), Lutheran pastor and former East German human-rights activist, is congratulated by members of the Bundestag after Gauck was elected new German President by the Federal Assembly on March 18, 2012 in Berlin, Germany.
