Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkey Mevlut Cavusoglu in Komotini as a private visit during his official visit in Greece as Turkish FM. Komotini and Thrace Region has a Muslim Minority. Mr Mevlut Cavusoglu visited the local consulate, the school of the minority, greeted the crowd and had selfies with young locals on the road, eat at a local tavern with Mufthis at Thamna village and paid a visit at the grave of the founder of Friendship, Equality and Peace (FEP) Party Dr. Sadik Ahmet in Komotini, Greece on May 30, 2021 where he prayed with locals.
