The director of the Musee des Beaux-Arts de Nantes, Blandine Chavanne shows a reproduction of the painting 'The Triumph of Judas Maccabeus' by Flemish master Pierre Paul Rubens during a press conference on November 10, 2011 in the western city of Nantes. Belgium demanded on November 9, 2011 the return of an oil painting by Rubens nabbed more than 200 years ago during the French Revolution and currently in the hands of a Nantes municipal museum. French-speaking parliamentarians adopted a resolution urging their government "to undertake all useful steps to negotiate with France the restitution to the Tournai cathedral of Rubens' work 'The Triumph of Judas Maccabeus'".
