(Original Caption) Willie Mays, the 20 year old Negro centerfielder of the NY Giants, is shown in his second appearance at the plate in the World Series against the Yankees at the Stadium, and is lining out to Gerry Coleman of the Yanks, with the bases loaded in the third inning.
