The concept has been created by Jeroen Spijker how at the moment is the state sculptor laureate. Mister Spijker is also the first sculptor to make a bust of current King Willem Alexander. With this concept local entrepreneurs hope to inspire initiatives towards tourism and highlight the city's close connection to the legendary painter.
