Members of the Xiangyang Commune in Jiangsu Province take part in the campaign to "Criticize Lin Biao and Confucius", one of the last large "campaigns" dictated by members of Chinese government in charge of the Cultural Revolution. Here, the commune's amateur art troupe performs a ballad criticizing Confucius.
