YONGLIAN TEMPLE, LUZHOU DISTRICT, NEW TAIPEI CITY, TAIWAN - 2020/01/25: President Tsai Ing-wen distributes a red envelope to a woman during the celebration in New Taipei City.President Tsai Ing-wen visited the Yonglian Temple and distributed the Lunar new year's red envelopes. Many of the people who gathered at the temple wore respirator masks, but President Tsai Ing-wen did not wear a mask when she was distributing the envelopes.
