Senator Whitehouse says Comey damaged FBI reputation at 2016 findings hearing

Senator Sheldon Whitehouse of Rhode Island says at a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing on the Justice Department and FBI actions in advance of the 2016 presidential election that is is bizarre for the former FBI Director James Comey to testify before Congress about an ongoing case and he may not have re-opened the Hillary Clinton email investigation had he not been called to testify and this unfortunately damaged the reputation of the FBI as a whole.
