(GERMANY OUT) Ein Ausschnitt aus einem Wirbelsäulenmodell mit Darstellung der Ledenwirbelsäule und des Kreuzbeines mit einer künstlichen Bandscheibe im Segment 4/5 undatiertes Foto von 1987. An der Berliner Charite entwickelte die frühere Turnerin und Olympiasiegerin Karin Büttner-Janz in den 1980er Jahren im Team die weltweit ersten Prothesen für den Komplettersatz einer Bandscheibe.
