US Army Trains Ukrainians At IPSC Base In Yavoriv

The International Peacekeeping and Security Centre (IPSC) military base in Yavoriv was created by the Soviets in 1939 and now US military personnel train a generation of Ukrainian officers in the methods used by NATO. The aim of these training courses is to create a corps of sergeants and field officers and to break with decades of Soviet heritage.
