House Minority Whip Steny Hoyer of Maryland discusses a vote on a LGBT discrimination amendment earlier that as someone who had served in the House for 36 years that outrage would have been expressed about promoting discrimination, making the House less thing it should be. House Rules Committee Chairman Pete Sessions responds that members Congress should be entitled the opportunity to change their votes, telling where that his party follows processes, procedures and allow the opportunity for members of Congress to vote as they choose and trying to impugn or detest the label discrimination as being their intent.
