Congressman McGovern notes need to consider 25th amendment to remove President Trump from office

House Rules Committee Chairman Jim McGovern of Massachusetts calls the committee to order by videoconference on a solemn day hoping to begin Congress tackling coronavirus relief, infrastructure or climate change but words and actions of Donald Trump made that impossible, instead must consider resolution intended for the rarest of occasions, the decision for the vice president, cabinet members and members of Congress remove a president that turn on whether each believed belonged to the same party nor whether they like each other but on the final question of whether the president had proved himself unable to perform the duties of office, since voters elect the Joe Biden President Trump had been unable to accept reality.
