London Riots: Johnson visits Tottenham; Johnson giving interview SOT - Britain not a broken country but there are problems / rioting and looting has exposed real issues about how kids are brought up, about boundaries, about discipline, about respect and the administration of law and order / need to debate these issues / need to restore peace and stability / people don't feel parents are given the benefit of the doubt when administering discipline / talks of the IPCC investigation into the sholting of Mark Duggan / talks of the police response in Tottenham on Saturday night / it wasn't the police who did the looting or who caused the riot
