North Korea's Foreign Minister Expresses Joint Exercises Of U.S. And South Korean Military Should Be Stopped

KUALA LUMPUR, MALAYSIA – AUG. 6: North Korea's foreign minister, Ri Su Yong delivered a speech at the ASEAN Regional Forum (ARF) on Thursday August 6 to demand that joint military exercises between the U.S. and South Korea be stopped because it was deteriorating conditions in the Korean Peninsula, and justified his country's development of nuclear capabilities as an unavoidable option in order to deal with the United States.
