World premiere of 'Les Miserables' film: interview child star; ENGLAND: Sussex: Eastbourne:INTIsabelle Allen (actress) interview SOT - got spotted in school play - Jeremy James Taylor phoned my mum - she didn't think much of it - it was quite big at audition Q: what was audition like - it was scary, first thing I'd done- when i got in there I was fine Q: what did you have to do - Had to sing Castle On A Cloud - had to do loads of jobs Q: character - my part is a little girl - she's not treated well - gets sent to family who is though nice- it turns out they're horrible and they make me sweep - they send me out to a well in woods - that's when i meet character played by Hugh Jackman Q: what were they like - really nice - helped me Q: tips - yes, on how to look scared Q: filming - had to be barefoot when I was outside - act at midnight - I didn't know what was on the floor - fun doing it re hopes for the future - yes, want to do more filmsQ: stage show - different to film, still really good - harder than doing the film - if you get something wrong, can't do it again re prefer film or stage - like both, prefer film
